Biography
Katherine Recka, MD, is an Assistant Professor at the 91΄σΟγ½Ά in the Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine, specializing in hospice and palliative medicine at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. She graduated from the 91΄σΟγ½Ά in 2006. Dr. Recka completed a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics through the 91΄σΟγ½Ά and Affiliated Hospitals in 2010 and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the University of Michigan in 2011. Dr. Recka is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and has an interest in bioethics and in quality improvement.
