Manager Clinical Research

This position is responsible for oversight and management of the Cancer Clinical Trials Office (CTO) Regulatory team in gathering regulatory documents and preparing applications for human subject research to ensure compliance with state, federal and institutional regulations, policies and procedures. The Cancer CTO Regulatory Manager will function as the regulatory liaison with sponsors, principal investigators, study team members, and the IRB, providing support to facilitate the achievement of the Cancer CTO’s goals. 

Grants Operations Coordinator

Coordinates the pre-award planning, organization, and preparation of clinical trial contracts and protocol amendments. Interacts with CTO managers, investigators, pharmaceutical representatives, 91㽶grant office analysts, third party vendor and other institutional partners to ensure that clinical protocols are processed within service standard timelines and in compliance with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements.

HIV Social Worker II

In the role of HIV Social Worker II you will be working in the department of Medicine to provide advanced medical social work services to HIV-positive patients who are seen in both the outpatient and inpatient settings at Froedtert Hospital.  
 

Registered Nurse Case Manager

In the role of Women's Intensive HIV Nurse Case Manager, you will provide HIV nurse case management to youth (ages 17-25) and women living with HIV in the Kenosha and Racine area. Works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary care teams that may include clients and their support systems, practitioners, nurses, social workers, and other providers.

Clinical Documentation Specialist

Hybrid position that assesses clinical documentation through extensive review of the medical record, interaction with physicians, advanced practice providers, ancillary clinical staff, and coding specialists, to ensure that appropriate reimbursement is received for the patient care services rendered, and the clinical information utilized in profiling and reporting outcomes is complete and accurate.

Coding Denials Specialist

Remote position that performs advanced level work related to coding denials management. The individual is responsible for resolving coding claim edits, coding-related claim denials & coding correspondence, monitoring for trends and assist in the analysis, development, and implementation of solutions to minimize avoidable denials and adjustments.
