Meet the 91΄σΟγ½Ά Adult Neurology Residency Team
The Neurology Residency is a collaborative effort across our department and beyond. It is our pleasure to introduce you to some of the members of our team. In addition to Dr. Chad Carlson, we have three Associate Program Directors: Dr. Fallon Schloemer (Associate Professor), Dr. Ann Helms (Professor), and Dr. Amrita Vuppala (Assistant Professor). Ashlie Schaffner is Program Manager and Program Coordinator.
As leaders for the Neurology Residency, we work directly with the 91΄σΟγ½Ά Affiliated Hospitals (which is the employer for residents at the 91΄σΟγ½Ά) and the Chairperson of the Department of Neurology, Dr. Ekokobe Fonkem.
We strongly believe that this is your residency program. It is important to all of us that you have a voice in how it develops. We actively seek resident ideas through written evaluations, direct in-person meetings, and regular business meetings. Together, we continue to adapt our program to the changing environment of neurological practice.
