Biography

Paul Stellmacher, MD, is an Assistant Professor at the 91΄σΟγ½Ά in the Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine, specializing in hospice and palliative medicine as well as hospitalist medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the 91΄σΟγ½Ά in 2012. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center (Kansas City, KS), followed by a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at Stanford University (Stanford, CA). He is board certified in internal medicine, and board-eligible in hospice and palliative medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians as well as the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is interested in end-of-life education for medical trainees, as well as primary palliative care in the care of hospitalized adults.
